Miscellaneous/supply fees
If additional supplies are required during the course of a pet sitting assignment such as food, potty pads, cleaning supplies, etc., we will purchase these items and invoice you for the receipt amount plus a $10 trip charge.
Medications ........................................ N/C
Routine medications are dispensed at no charge.
Avoid these charges by ensuring that you have ample supplies for the duration of the pet sitting assignment.
Pickup/drop off keys ........................... $26.
We request 2 keys at the the setup appointment and we encourage all our regular clients to enroll in our Ready Key program. Your keys will be kept securely on file for future walking/pet sitting assignments. If we are required to
make a special trip to pickup/return keys, our usual visit
rate ($19) will apply.
Additional dog/pet charge .................... $7. (per pet)
Please note our standard rates always
include up to two pets per household.
Cancellation fee
If services are cancelled without a 24 hour notice,
client is responsible for full payment of those services.
Early morning/late evening visits ....... $8.
A surcharge for visits scheduled before 7:00am
and after 9:00pm.
Emergency lockout service................. $26.

Holiday surcharge .............................. $5. (per walk)

Hotel sitting (limited availability) .......... $38. (per hour)
We’ll keep your pet(s) company while you’re away.
For dogs, a walk is included. 1-3 pets, 2 hour minimum.
Standard hourly rate ........................... $52.
If, for any reason, we are required to remain with your pet(s) or at your residence for a period of time longer
than than your scheduled visit, our standard hourly rate
of $38 will apply.
House check (no pets ) ....................... $17.
A setup appointment is included at no charge for all
new clients booking four or more visits.

A walker/sitter comes to your home to meet you and
your pet(s), become familiar with your house, review
with you what you’d like your pet’s visit to entail, pick
up keys and complete all necessary paperwork.
If a client is booking fewer than four visits or if an additional second setup appointment is requested, our standard 30-minute visit rate ($19) will apply.
Set-up appointments without a 24hr notice will be charged at our standard 30-minute visit rate.
